Purchases made by 3:00PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the same day.  There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.  We ship only in the continental U.S.

Shipping to Alternate Address

Each J. Thomas Jewelers shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery.  Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination.  In order to protect our clients against fraud, these alternate addresses need to be confirmed with your credit card or financing institution.  To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate address.

We require a signature for all deliveries.

In-stock & Special Order Purchases

You will receive a purchase confirmation via e-mail or text once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated.  You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same day or next day Tuesday - Friday.  There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.  Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship the same day.  You will be contacted with an estimated shipment date on special orders, which could be up to 6 weeks.

Returns

J. Thomas Jewelers allows you 15 days to return a product from an on-line purchase that you are not satisfied with.  The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and not have been worn.  Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered.  You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and an RA#.  The RA# must be on the outside of the package.  All returns will be issued in the same method that payment was made. 

Call (248) 299-5250 to obtain the RA# and then securely package your item.  Ship your item insured to the following address - do not use the word Jewelers on package:

Return Policy Exception 

Special orders, custom made for the wearer or items that are modified by sizing or gemstone setting are  not returnable.  A special order is any item that is not in-stock and has been ordered at your request.
