Custom Jewelry Design
 We can remount or custom design the item of your dreams. Our designers can create a one-of-a-kind piece of art or work with you from your own design. If you have your own gold and gemstone to use, that’s great, or we can supply the gold and you may choose from our wide inventory of precious gemstones at great values. You will be amazed at what we can do!
Appraisal
We are happy to provide you with an insurance appraisal on your J. Thomas jewelry purchase free of charge. Our appraisals are performed by a Diamond Graduate. Appraisals performed by a Certified Gemologist trained by the Gemological Institute of America & the American Gem Society (AGS) are for a fee.
Credit
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and in-store financing, which includes 90 days, 6 and 12 month, same as cash, is available upon credit approval.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend every 3 months you bring us your jewelry and have our jeweler inspect the prongs to help prevent any damage or loss of your gemstone. This inspection service is Free of Charge. If a repair needs to be done, we will give you an estimate before any work is performed.
Diamond "Melee"
Melee is small diamond weights up to 0.05 carats in a ring. You may purchase a replacement warranty for a nominal charge of $20 for one year. This is only for rings coming in for repair. During that period of time diamonds will be replaced under warranty at no charge in said ring.

All repairs are completed on-site by our in-house jewelers.

Insuring your jewelry is easy
- 1. Visit Jewelers Mutual's Web site at www.insureyourjewelry.com or stop by our store for a brochure and application.
- 2. We can provide an insurance evaluation/appraisal that includes a detailed description of each item and the retail replacement value. The cost of insurance is based on the jewelry's retail replacement value and the state and county you live in.
- 3. Apply online at www.insureyourjewelry.com or mail a completed and signed application to Jewelers Mutual with your payment.
- 4. Mail, fax, or e-mail Jewelers Mutual a copy of the insurance evaluation/appraisal. Coverage will begin on the date you submit your online application or on the postmark date stamped on the envelope if you mail your application.
