Pricing Policy
Our mission is to bring you the highest quality fine jewelry and gemstones at a fair value. As a member of the Independent Jewelers Organization, J. Thomas Jewelers has group buying power and offers very competitive prices along with excellent service. Due to the market fluctuation of precious metals, current pricing will be obtained for your approval on special orders and out of stock items.
Payment
J. Thomas Jewelers is pleased to offer the Luxury Financing Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Layaway
Purchases may be placed in layaway for 6 months interest free with a 25% deposit of the purchase amount. There must be monthly payment activity and the item(s) must be paid for in full by the end of the layaway period. Canceled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance to be issued as a store credit for 30 days. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangable.
Return/Exchanges
Refunds are given within 7 days from date of purchase when accompanied with sales slip. Returned merchandise must be unworn, in original condition and, where applicable in the original gift box with all warranty cards and instruction books intact. Items returned after 7 days will be issued a merchandise credit only.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on custom design or special orders, altered items and sale or clearance merchandise.
